Rankify ("we", "our", or "the app") is an iOS application that lets you browse App Store rankings by country and category. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use Rankify.

The following data may be collected automatically:

• Usage data: App opens, feature interactions, and crash reports — collected via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve stability and understand how the app is used.
• Device information: Device model, iOS version, and app version — collected as part of Firebase crash reports.
• Purchase information: Subscription status and transaction metadata — processed by Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not receive or store your payment details.

2. How We Use This Information

• To monitor app performance and fix crashes
• To understand which features are used most
• To verify active subscriptions and unlock premium features

3. Third-Party Services

Rankify uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC) — usage analytics and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — in-app subscription processing. See Apple Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store RSS API — publicly available ranking data fetched directly from Apple servers. No personal data is sent with these requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described above (Firebase, Apple) and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Firebase Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Crash logs are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Rankify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data associated with your device. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
